交換返品 / Exchanges and returns policy:

After purchasing and before taking the lesson: Payments are made through Stripe. If you accidentally purchased the item, please email us at sam@upskilleigo.com and we will refund the payment.
購入後、レッスン受講前まで： 支払いはStripeを通じて行われます。誤って購入した場合は、sam@upskilleigo.com までメールでご連絡いただければ、お支払いを返金いたします。

After the lesson: As we offer a free 15-minute trial lesson and ¥1,500 first 50-minute lesson, students are able to try the service before purchasing lessons at full price. We do not accept returns or exchanges for services purchased after the ¥1,500 first 50-minute lesson.
レッスン受講後 15分の無料体験レッスン、初回50分1,500円のレッスンを提供しているため、正規料金でのレッスン購入前にサービスをお試しいただくことが可能です。初回50分1,500円レッスン以降に購入されたサービスの返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

＜不良品による返品交換 / Returns and exchanges for defective services＞
講師側のインターネット接続不良など、サービスに不具合が生じた場合は、sam@upskilleigo.com。次回予約のレッスンに接続不良による損失時間を追加するか、無料レッスンを提供させていただきます。
In the event of a defective service, such as poor internet connection on the teacher’s end, please contact sam@upskilleigo.com. We will either add the lost time to the next booked lesson, or provide a free lesson to cover the amount of time lost due to bad connection.

Stripe handles all of our payments. Payments are confirmed within 48 hours. Once the payment has been confirmed, the student can reserve a lesson that is available on our schedule https://upskilleigo.com/availability/ – all bookings must be confirmed with the teacher first via sam@upskilleigo.com
